We are a small sustainable brand that is looking for an organised, detail oriented and flexible warehouse supervisor to join our team at Kilogarm.

You will be
Setting daring yet realistic targets for yourself.
Managing and supervising the warehouse.
Maintaining a tidy and systemised workspace.
Giving direct and honest feedback that will allow us to improve every area of our operation.
Helping to nurture and build long lasting relationships with our customers thanks to your work.
Helping the different departments of Kilogarm to be able to achieve goals together as a whole.
 
You will be responsible for
Being in charge of the warehouse and all the equipment and stock.
Keeping track of all the stock that comes in and out.
Being familiar with the stock.
Having an organised system by category for all the stock.
Having records of what items come in and what items go out.
Completing checklists of equipment and knowing where everything is at every moment.
Documenting everything with Excel.
Processing deliveries - taking deliveries in, hanging clothes in rails by categories.
Being aware of everything that is in the warehouse, knowing what needs to be topped up or what we are missing.
Knowing what is trending and what is selling.
Maintaining a tidy, clean and organised warehouse workspace.
 
What you need to have
Knowledge and experience of Excel.
Knowledge of fashion and brands.
An eye for detail.
Flexibility to be able to help those surrounding you.
A passion for planning and staying organised.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Facility to adapt and flow in different situations.
Capability to be resolutive and face new challenges.
A longing to present your positive and energetic personality to everyone around you.
