During our hand selection process, we sort and grade each item in detail to check the quality of our product and to note if there are any issues about the item that you need to know about.  The majority of items in our product range are used items and therefore most items will have general signs of use.  

Anything that we range on our website and in our store, we deem in a condition that’s suitable for Sale – aswell as making sure that any obvious issues are noted in the product description within the Product page online and then captured in the product imagery.  The condition of the product then determines the selling price for all items both online and instore.

Condition: Excellent
Description: Item is in excellent condition – this could be new, with or without tags

Condition: Great
Description: The item could appear slightly worn from general wear – there are no visible flaws to the material or the product

Condition: Good
Description: The item appears worn and may have a combination of fading or a minor flaw for instance. Any issue with the product, either holes or marks to the product will be outlined in the product description and product imagery
