We are looking for you, if
You are a self-starter. Once the goal is clear you go to work without being told what to do or waiting for someone to hold your hand.
Your life in general revolves around helping others especially when it is something you are passionate about.
You love sustainable fashion and style.
You have mastered selling online using platforms like shopify, asos and depop etc.
You like to work in a business that puts its people before profit.
You are not afraid of trying new experience.
You like to lead from the front, no task is too big or too small if it ultimately helps you and your team to delight the customer.

Setting daring yet realistic e-commerce targets.
Managing our e-commerce platform.
Nurturing and building long lasting relationship with our customers.
Identifying and pursuing new idea to grow profitably.
Growing our e-commerce team.
Giving direct and honest feedback that will allow us to improve every area of our operation.
Directing e-com photoshoots and look book campaigns.
 
What you need to have
You have at least two years e-commerce experience.
Expert in driving online sales.
An eye for quality and detail.
You love planning and staying organised.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Know how to use social media to communicate and build brand following.
 
You will initially be working on your own but not for long. As soon as you master the operation and start achieving your targets, you will be able to bring others onboard and start building the team.
